The requirements for water park equipment are technical designs made with thick materials that would hold up in harsh weather conditions or easy to fade or discolor. In order to combat this, KidzArch products are made of top-quality Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) on all slides and play structures. This material is selected not only for its superb strength and smooth finish that offer total resistance to the rust and corrosion. Every part is made with a special UV-stabilized gel coat that will resist the devasting effects of the sun while providing a low-friction surface for minimum drag and maximum speed. Our Foundations are constructed out of heavy-duty steel that is hot dipped galvanized after all holes have been laser cut to prevent rusting through. Before the final assembly, each part of the frame is treated with an epoxy primer and then powder-coated to provide a sealant for high humidity conditions.
